日本人態度に仕事

The first impression of Japanese peoples on their working culture is they work very late.

Well, from a positive perspective is that they are hardworking, serious in work, responsibility, etc. But have you ever think that the feeling of a normal person start work from 9a.m. till 5 p.m. only finish work. It is consider tiring! What about work from 9a.m till 9p.m or 10p.m or even 11 p.m.? Do you think that a normal person can endure it in a long time period?

I’m wondering with their working system in Japanese culture. Is it a bit too cruel and bad for their workers to have quality and more rest from their tiring workload? If for most of the westerners or even Malaysians, surely we cannot stand that long to work for 12 hours.

Then try to think in the workers angle. Do you think they are willing to spend their time to work for whole days? Do you think that they are happy to work till so late? But it seems like is a routine and habits for them to work till so late for many years. But for the company point of view, they will feel these workers are good and willing to work for the company.

I feel like as loving employers in this era we should concern on our employees mentality too. Employees should divide job and rest time equally then only can produce quality of hard work. After have a hard time on work, do have some resting time to release tension and relax. Have some time to accompany and share happiness with family. Then only we can continue fight and have strength to work harder for their boss or company. Japanese should know how to enjoy their life then only can generate more productivity and amazing works!

Then what do you think of the working system in Japan? Is it good to apply it or need to do some improvement on it?

haha...you are right..
actually i like the way of themself to keep up the work and make everything to achieve the target..this "push" can make themself to improve and progress...
But too stress urself..this will make the effect become worst..
Then work-life balance is kinda important for human beings...

Ya, I think that generally, Japanese are working like crazy. My bro has done his job training in Japan for 3 months, and he tells me that they keep on working and seldom talk. Besides, I feel that their long working hours really stress them out. That's why they always go out to drink sake and sing karaoke right? They should learn how to enjoy life, I think.

That's the way they usually practise it after their working hours.
This become their happy hours.
Enjoy life is important plus spend time to accompany their family is vital too.
